Jessica Visher

With a fascination for understanding the world through systems and a desire to ground theory in reality, Jessica introduced Not My Type to behavioral observation, data collection, and triangulation of type. As a mother of six driven to share a new and objective lens of the Enneagram, Jessica is a primary typist on our team characterized by her inclusive attitude. She offers an integral and introspective voice by continually uncovering and applying profound insights of Enneagram theory.

Olivia Tomlinson

After being typed by our team in 2023, Olivia expressed eager interest in learning our methods and seeing how the types manifest in real time. Olivia is the newest typist on our team, joining in late 2024 after nearly a year of training. Her fresh eyes add a watchful, humorous, and attentive perspective to our process. Olivia has great natural acumen for catching the subtle nuances of each type, providing new insights while simultaneously refining our team’s communication and typings.
